Aidan Hammond a level 3 coach and former racing cyclist is providing a fitting service which is comprised of computer software, precision BikeFitting tools and video analysis for measuring you and adjusting your bike to fit you. It can also be used to measure you prior to buying a bike or to adjust your current bike. Cost of personal Bikefit is 100 euro at Wicklow location, just 5 mins off the M50. Also available at discounted rates are ‘club days’ at your location.
Cleat Alignment and cycling Insoles:
An additional service is offered, cleat alignment and cycling insoles which are ‘heat moulded’ to fit your specific foot. This helps optimize your position and assist in preventing injuries along with treating common foot related problems ( fallen arches, knee and back problems, over pronation etc). Insoles retail at 45 euro but can also be posted for an additional 3 euro and simply moulded for 2 minutes in your home oven. Advice will be provided for these services.
