More potassium than two bananas and five essential electrolytes , low calorie and no fat.

Pure Hydration 101

While other beverages claim to be the before, during, and after sports hydrator, we don’t. Sure, Vita Coco is stacked with potassium, and is as natural as natural gets (some say it’s like putting a straw in a coconut). Vita Coco is about hydration. And hydration is important no matter what you do. It’s okay if you’re not a marathon runner, a football player or a Tour de France winner. Life is hectic enough, and you should be hydrated while you live it. Go ahead, get hydrated and remember that life is a sport.

Hi All,

On behalf of the Wicklow 200 team and the Irish Veteran Cyclists Association thank you for your determination, your sporting and cheerful manner in which you took part in Sunday's Wicklow 200. Congratulations to all of you who completed the 100 & 200 courses and for achieving your goal and in many cases a lifetime ambition. A special well done to Richard Oakley for completing the 200 course on his 23kgs Dublin City bike. Watch out for his article about the Wicklow 200 in The Sunday Times next Sunday.

Thanks to all those who helped out on the day, too numerous to mention, many of whom started at 5.00 am and finished late in the evening. Thanks to all those who sent in their views on the day, the bad and the good were all appreciated and will no doubt, help to make a better event in the future. In particular we slipped up with the water supply at Baltinglass, we are very sorry to those who had to queue.

Times and photographs will go up on our site over the weekend and we assure that you are in for a treat, there are some great shots which were taken by our photographer Brendan Culleton.

Finally, thanks again for taking part and if you feel you would like to have a go again next year, pencil in 9th June 2013, we would love to see you all again.

Kind regards,
Admin Team
