2012 Wicklow 200 / 100 Sunday June 10th
On-Line Entry - Page 1

Use this page to enter the 2012 Wicklow 200 Classic (200km) or the shorter Wicklow Challenge, and to pay the entry fee online. Both will take place on Sunday 10th June 2012, starting and ending at the Shoreline Leisure Centre, Greystones, County Wicklow.

Entry fee is 42.00 Euro.
The entry fee includes your certificate, medal, refreshments at Donard (Wicklow 200 only) and Rathdrum, Water stations on the route,and refreshments at Shoreline Leisure Centre when you finish, use of changing and shower facilities at the start/finish, and various support services during the event.

The entry fee is non refundable.

Payment:
Credit card payment of the entry fee is by arrangement with our payment partner Worldpay. Payment uses secure payment methods, and your credit card details will not be stored or retained by the organizers of the Wicklow 200, IVCA Ltd.

Please read the conditions of entry before proceeding:

The event is not a race.
2
All participants are responsible for their own safety.

All participants must obey the rules of the road during the event. Participants must obey the instructions of the Gardaí, and event marshals at all times

All participants must wear protective helmets while riding the event.

The IVCA and its agents accept no responsibility for any accidents or injury to participants
during the event.

The event is not a 'fun run'. Each participant is responsible for determining their own fitness to participate in the event, and the suitability of their bicycle for the event.

All participants become members of the Irish Veteran Cyclists Association Ltd for 10th June 2012. Membership is included in the entry fee.

Participants must wear their official Wicklow 200/100 number and produce their control card to gain access to checkpoints and other services provided by the organizers of the Wicklow 200.

The organizers of the Wicklow 200 must be notified in advance of any transfer of entry.

In the event of adverse weather conditions the organizers have the right to alter the route on the day of the event.

In the event of a participant not reaching a certain marker within adequate time, particularly on the Wicklow 200, the organizers reserve the right to move participants to an alternate point on the route. This measure is being taken due to health and safety concerns and out of consideration for event volunteers.

The entry fee is non refundable.

Confirmation and Queries:

When you complete this online entry and payment procedure two emails will be sent to you immediately. The first is a receipt for your payment via our payment partner, Worldpay. The second email is a confirmation of your entry details.
